As of the most recent report from the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, Briargate Colorado Springs had 323 active listings in July, with 51 homes sold and 84 new listings added that month.  The median sale price is $279,900 and the average sale price is $307,770, which puts this community on the high side of Colorado Springs neighborhoods.   After keeping their homes on the market for an average 61 days, sellers of Briargate Colorado Springs homes are getting 97.4% of the selling price.
