Stability – The sooner you get into your permanent home, the faster you will begin to create a stable environment for your family.  As for financial stability, you will notice by searching the MLS listings in the Colorado Springs area, prices are starting to stabilize, and are expected to rise in the beginning of 2012. 
3. Affordability – While inflation may affect everything else you buy over the next few years, the sooner you buy, the more likely you are to lock in your home price and interest rate at today’s lower rates.  Over the long term, your monthly mortgage payment will be a lot more affordable than paying rent, plus you can take advantage of the tax breaks that come with owning a home.
