While it is difficult to know how much these qualities impact housing values, it certainly seems like a possibility.  In fact, Colorado Springs was recently chosen by CNNMoney.com as one of the “Best Recovery Bets” for housing.  According to the report, analysts expect this region to begin seeing higher prices as early as January 2012.  If this doesn’t make buying a house in Colorado Springs seem attractive, I don’t know what does.  Interest rates have never been lower, and sellers are making it easier than ever for buyers to say “yes”.
